Dissolve TWO tablets per 200ml of water to make up the electrolyte solution.

Adults

Drink 200ml of mixed solution for rapid hydration.

Kids (6+ Years)

200ml of mixed solution when required.

Kids (3-6 Years)

10ml solution per kg body weight (small sips).

Kids (under 3)

10ml solution per kg body weight (small sips). O.R.S Kids Hydration tablets may be given to children under 3, provided it is under the guidance / supervision / recommendation of a healthcare professional such as a nurse, pharmacist or doctor.

Sports Hydration

Dissolve TWO tablets per 500ml of water and consume before, during and after sports

O.R.S SPORT 🏃

Advanced electrolyte formula with magnesium + vitamin D for all athletes, sports enthusiasts, and those who enjoy long sweaty exercises and intense training. Suitable for adults and children (12+ years).

O.R.S IMMUNE 🌞

Combines essential electrolytes with vitamin C & D, iron and zinc for daily immune + hydration support. Suitable for adults and children (12+ years).

O.R.S KIDS 🍓

Paediatrician-recommended, gluten-free hydration in child-friendly strawberry flavour.

Can be used by kids and adults of all ages, however for children under 3 years of age, the dosage should be 10ml per kg of bodyweight and given in small sips. We recommend using ORS under the recommendation of a doctor or pharmacist for children under 3.

Are they good for Diarrhea lost salts
Yes, O.R.S Hydration Tablets are formulated to meet World Health Organisation (WHO) standards for oral hydration, therefore they are suitable for replenishing lost salts during the illness
How many tablets for 1L
For everyday hydration (O.R.S original range) we recommend 4 tablets per 1L. For ORS sports and immunity range, it would be 1 tablet per 1L
If I wanted to have a longer drink say for over an hour how many tablets would I use and quality of water please
